Have you heard of blooming of culture?
It is hard for us to define "culture" in one word but it usually means that we add work of human to the natural stuffs and change it or create a new one. Culture is various and used in different ways in evey country.
Have you heard that there is a heavenly culture over culture of world?

Heavenly culture is what we actualize invisible spirit and will of heaven as the Creator has shown us. HWPL contains peace, volunteerism and spitit of religion based on heavenly culture that can change the world through value of peace and harmony.


Heavenly cultre, World Peace, Resoration of Light has made peace tour to the world in order to achieve love and peace. Its purpose is to cease the war and accomplish peace on earth, and then inherit it to the coming generations.

HWPL's main projects are these three, which are establishment of international law, world alliance of religion and peace education. Peace summit in 2014 became a step for establishment of international law. About 2,000 political, religious, women and youth leaders including 200,000 members of HWPL attended the peace festival. Many celebrities from the world signed peace agreement which contained the support for 'establishment of international law for cessation of war' and 'world alliance of religion'. Continuously in 2018 HWPL does the work for UN's adoption of the DPCW. Moreover 2 nations adopted DPCW as a national statement.

80 % of conflicts are caused by difference of religion. To cease religious conflicts since 2014 there are WARP(world alliance of religious peace office) from 170 countries and carry out union of religion through  dialogues of scriptures. If religion is united to one there will not be religious conflicts any more.

Peace education of HWPL is now becoming hot. Some countries which have had a long civil war including domestic education society are giving big hands for Peace education of HWPL which teaches what peace is practically. This shows how spreading of peace culture, article 10 of DPCW, is being actualized.

Let's protect our body from measles

Recently measles is the most common infection disease to infants so parents for them got to have more worries.
Measles is spread through cough and sneeze of the patients. If a person lacks of enough immunity 90 % people of being touched by patients with it measles can get it.

Measles is spreading in European countries, China, Taiwan, Philippines so tourists from those countries come back with risk of spreading it. This year in Korea among 61 patients with measles 29 patients appeared in Daegu city.

Measles is a emergent fever disease infected by measles virus.
It is infectious from 4 days before to 4 days after 4 people would be infected by one patient of it.

During this period a patient with it should be kept away from people.
If you are contacted by a patient you need to have a steady checking.
We can protect ourselves from getting it through 2 times MMR vaccinations.

To protect the kids and family members from infectious measles there are something needed to be done. We need to prevent measles from spreading anymore.

To protect our body from measles first we need to vaccinate MMR two times.
Through vaccination we can build antibody in ourselves and if you notice that there is no antibody as grownups yet be sure to vaccinate yourselves.

Secondly, if you have these symptoms like rash with fever wear a mask, don't take public transportations and then see a doctor in the nearest clinics. It is time that measles are spreading all over the country so medical clinics need to examine most patients in specific.
Measles is easily infected from other people after visting medical clinics be sure to wash your hands while wearing a mask when you are out.

Thirdly, vaccination is essential before touring abroad.
When you come back from measles spreading countries with suspicious symtoms, report this in the national quarantine station. If symptoms of measles happens to you. you should keep away from people.

Check a vaccination card first and then check to have done vaccination in an appropriate time according to the supposed schedule and if not hurry up to finish.
You need to follow the protection rules  for measles by washing hands and covering mouth when you cough.

Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light(HWPL)は空の文化で世界平和を成し光で回復するという意味です。HWPLは戦争や紛争が絶えない地球村を回復させるために平和の運動をする団体です。平和と生命尊重の中核価値を目指し全ての人が平和の主体になり共に平和の世界を造ることです。

 

HWPLは2018年8月UNアフリカ経済委員会(UNCEA)で行われたエチオピア平和のカンファレンスで前職大統領を及び10カ大学代表たち、教育部長官、大学生700余命はそれぞれの場で平和の使命を全うすることを誓いDPCWの支持署名式をしました。

イ。マンヒ代表が今までしてきたことや実質的な平和の答えを提案してそれを一緒に成して行くことこそ地球村に平和を成すことであります。

 

2018年 9.18 平和万国会議4周年記念式では'バルト海諸国理事会'がHWPLの平和活動を積極的に支持しながら'高城会談'を開催し'戦争集結平和共同合意文'に署名しMOUを締結しました。

 

バルト海諸国理事会はソビエト連邦崩壊及び独立国の連合創設に与えた東ヨーロッパの国家元首で構成されています。こういうように多くの国が平和のためにHWPLを積極的に支持しています。地球村の平和はすぐに成されると信じています。

 

世界唯一の分断国家である韓半島でも南北元首が会い平和の協力のための会談が開かれました。韓半島の安定や平和のため非核化の約束はDPCWの第2条項がどんどん現実化になっていることを見せています。

 

HWPLは韓半島の平和統一とDPCWを実現しようと多様な国際社会や団体と協力して活動を続けるつもりです。

HWPLイ。マンヒ代表は平和を成す実質的な答えを持ち地球村を回りながら平和の事に連れ合って欲しいとたのみました。

 

戦争の80％が宗教で起こられています。イ。マンヒ代表は平和を成すためには宗教が一つにならないといけないので宗教連合事務所を通じ各教団が信じている経書の共通点を探しながら教えの差を詰めていく作業をするようにして現在全世界的に活発に行なっています。

 

HWPLの行歩が全世界的に注目されている理由は人々の心に平和を愛し願う心があるからです。

HWPL stands for achieving peace and restoring the light through heavenly culture
HWPL is organized to do work of peace for the  restoration of the globe to cease the war. It seeks for peace and respect of life and makes everyone become peace messengers to make world of peace.

HWPL held DPCW Support Siging Ceremony exclaiming mission of peace on their position with the 10 representatives of universities,  minsters of education department,
700 university students including the president.

HWPL presented what the chairman Manhee Lee has done until now for peace and what the answer for achieving peace is Through accomplishing these work peace will be performed at the end.

 The Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices (Centre BBS) actively supported WPL’s peace activities at a ceremony held during the 4th Anniversary of the September 18th World Peace Summit. On September 16th, Centre BBS signed the ‘Goseong Agreement’ to further cooperate with peace activities after participating in the ‘Goseong Peace Conference’ and signing the peace MOU with HWPL.

The Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices (Centre BBS) composed of leaders from Eastern Europe who devoted themselves to dissolution of Soviet union and establishment of independent states association.
So many states are positve to support HWPL for peace. I believe world of peace will be achieved soon.

Inter korean summit was held for the collaboration of peace. The agreement of denuclearization for secure and peace on korean peninsula is showing article 2 of DPCW is gradually being actualized.

HWPL will keep its walk collaborating with international society and organizations in order to make unification on korean peninsula and actualize DPCW.
Manhee Lee, chairman of HWPL, who has the anwer for achieving peace  made sure that we need to join the work of peace while making peace tour to the world.

80 percent of war happens because of different religion In order to make peace religions need to become one Through dialogue in religious office finding common points of their scriptures  which has their own believers narrowing the gap of teaching.

HWPLと平和で一つになった地球村平和の新しい時代が開ける感激の918でした。

９.１８ 平和万国会議４周年記念式 世界と朝鮮半島平和の論議に110カ国最高位級2000余名訪韓で盛大に開かれ平和の新しい時代が開くことが分かれる意味のある行事でした。

HWPL主管行事に参加された人士ごとにDPCWに支持や同参を約束し各国に戻り大統領にもDPCWに支持することを誘うするにしました。

HWPLで言うDPCW10条38項が何だからこんなに国際的に大勢の人が集まって議論するのでしょうか。

DPCW10条38項とは？

HWPLイ•マンヒ 代表が平和を成される答えとして提示したDPCW10条38項は

DPCWは地球村戦争終結の平和宣言文(DPCW: Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War)を表します。

HWPLは去る2013年5月23日１３０カ国青年3万名の前で公表した世界平和宣言文を元にして、2015年万国会議１周年記念行事の当時戦争終結国際法の草案を制定しました。この草案を期初に世界の最高の法律専門家21名を推戴し国際法制定の平和委員会で構成しました。

2016年3月14日DPCW10条38項を制定し全世界に公表しました。

DPCWは戦争終結と平和のための方案を拘束力ある法的装置で作るように作成された法律文です。10条38項で構成されたDPCWは武力を通じた脅威および武力使用の禁止、戦力の縮減、友好関係維持と侵略行為の禁止、国境、自決権、紛争の解決、宗教の自由、宗教、民族の独立性、そして平和、平和の文化の電波など戦争を源泉的に封じる内容が含まっています。

HWPLは現在の国際法では戦争を終結させないので法的な拘束力を持つ国際法を制定するのでこれ以上戦争を起こさないように拘束力ある法的な装置が必要です。国際法が制定するためには各国の大統領の支持宣言が必要です。

今は自国の利益だけのために迷う時ではありません。これから平和を成す新しい時代が開かれたほどこれを支持する時です。戦争によって武器を売り買いすることがないように武器の生産を中止するときです。戦争で若い青年が軍隊に行って殺して死ぬことがあってはならない。息子やだんなを戦争に奪われる不幸がこれ以上あってはならない。

HWPLが提示したDPCW10条38項が国際法に制定されるとこういう残念なことが消えて戦争を忘れて生きる平和の時代を迎えるようになるそうです。
