2018 HWPL World Peace Summit was the greatest festival which could open the new era of peace on the globe.
On the 4th Anniversary of the WARP Summit there was a kind of discusstion for achieving peace of korean peninsula and of the world. On this discussion 2,000 people joined from 110 countries.
Every public figures promised supports for DPCW and said that if they did return to their countries they would urge the president to sign.

DPCW, 10 Articles 38 Clauses is the material for achieving peace.
DPCW stands for Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War.
On 23rd of May, 2013 before 30,000 youths from 130 countries “Declaration of World Peace” were proclaimed. On first anniversary commemoration of WARP Summit, HWPL made a draft of the international peace law.
The HWPL International Law Peace Committee was formed with 21 experts in law
And on 14th of March in 2016 DPCW’s 10 Articles 38 Clauses was publicized to the world
DPCW is declared to legislate a international peace law to cease the war and to achieve peace.
DPCW is composed of 10 Articles and 38 Clauses. There are Prohibition the threat or use of force, Reduction war potential, Development of friendly relations and the prohibition of acts of aggression, State boundaries, Self-determination, Dispute settlement, Right to self-defence, Freedom of religion, Religion and ethnic identity and peace, Spreading culture of peace. Within DPCW there contains prohibition of war occuring.
Even though there is an international law already but it is not ceasing the war so HWPL tries to legislate peace not to make war occur in the world.
To legislate a new international law we need supports from the president of every state.
It is time not to hesitate just for the benefit of each state.
Everyone need to support DPCW to be a international law
It is time to stop to produce the weapons not to make people buy and sell them
Because of wars youth should not fight against each other and die
Owing to wars we will not lose children and husbands anymore
If DPCW’s 10 articles 38 clauses will be adopted as an international law there will be no sufferings and we will welcome world peace without wars
