平和に出会う。918平和万国会議！

地球村には多くの祭りがあります。

その中で毎年９月に開かれる平和の祭り918平和万国会議をご紹介します。

918平和万国会議は、世界平和の実現をために様々な平和運動を行っているHWPLにおいて推進して来ました。

HWPLは、2013年6月、戦争終息と世界平和を目的で設立された国際平和団体で、UN経済社会理事会(ECOSOC)特別協議地位、広報局(DGC)、及び、ソウル特別市に登録された平和NGO団体です。

世界170ヶ国に支部を置き、協力団体である(社)世界女性平和グループ(IWPG)と傘下団体である国際青年平和グループ(IPYG)、そして、全世界の指導者たちで構成された諮問委員、及び、各分野の専門家たちである広報大使と共に国際法制定と宗教連合事務室の運営、平和文化伝播など多様な活動をしており、現在、多くの国で宗教連合事務室を運営中しています。

また、2015年9月、国際法専門家たちによって構成されたHWPL国際法平和委員会を発足し、2016年3月14日に地球村戦争終息平和宣言文を公表し、国際法制定、宗教間の和合、平和教育を主要事業として活動しています。

2014年'全ての人が平和の使者となって平和の活動に共に参加しよう'というスローガンと共に、世界の政治、宗教、メディア、青年•女性団体など、各分野の指導者たちと市民社会が同じ場所で平和について論議できる機会として用意された918平和万国会議は、今年、5周年を迎えて、"持続可能な発展のための平和国際法制定(DPCW)、法制平和(Legislate Peace)" を主題に国際社会の普遍的な秩序を維持し、0規範に則った国際法の確立を目標として世界110ヶ国、約200都市で30万人の市民と共に多様な行事を行いました。

918平和万国会議は、会議それ以上の事を追求します。

毎年、万国会議に参加する全世界の指導者たちと市民たちは、持続可能な平和を、この時代に実現し、定着させようと、同じビジョンを持ってこれを実行に移すために足場を設けています。

平和は、後代に遺産として残すべきです。

Peace Walk of the chairman Mr. Manhee Lee, a veteran of korean war

Two sides of korean war signed armistice on 27th of July, 1953 so Korean peninsula was devided into North and South Korea with the war unended.

The full name of the armistice agreement of korean war is Agreement between the Commander-in-Chief, United Nations Command, on the one hand, and the Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army and the Commander of the Chinese People’s volunteers, on the other hand, concerning a military armistice in Korea.

The 1953 armistice was signed by China and North Korea on one side and
by the U.S.-led UNC on the other except for South Korea.

In some articles it is stated that within 3 months both sides would dicuss to reach peace agreement between them.
But on 13th of December, 1953 America's avoidance about the peace agreement concluded to indefinite recess without discussion of peace agreement.

Since then, North Korea, which signed an armistice, has been constantly engaged in war provocations, including missile launches and nuclear bomb tests.
We live day by day with the help and respect of other countries, which say they are on our side amid the anxiety and fear of a war that may erupt again, but only seek their own interests.

Many people are tyied Korea peace and World peace but, it is not effective result. At that time, Lee Man-hee is representative to HWPL, a Korean War veteran, knew the horrors of the war so well that he traveled all over the world to meet leaders from all walks of life and performed world-wide peace activities, transcending national, human, relational, and press.

HWPL Lee-Man-Hee is representative to started a peace walk May 25, 2013 with about 30,000 young people from around the world attending. On May 25, 2013, with about 30,000 young people from around the world attending, the Declaration of Peace was issued by the HWPL,  an international peace NGO registered with the U.N. Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and the Global Communications Agency (DGC).

Lee Man-hee, a veteran of the Korean War, said. "It is not the legacy of the future that young people are sacrificed in wars because of the greed of national interests," and added, "It is the reason why you have declared the Declaration of World Peace." It has bacome an international event the Declaration of world peace and the Peace walk held in over 70 countries on May 25.  2014 Sep, 18 Hosted the 'WARP Summit' in Olympic stadium and the day is ‘HWPL day’.  After that, the Korean War veteran, Lee-Man-Hee is representative to HWPL, continued his peace efforts.  Based on the value of the Declaration of world peace announced in 2013, you traveled around the world and met former and current presidents and politicians and promised to enact international laws for world peace. You met representatives of different religions and organizations and signed agreements.

Therefore, in 14 March 2016, it is announced for DPCW to enact Peace Law.

The chairman of HWPL, Mr. Manhee Lee, which was a veteran of Korean War, pointed that DPCW may include national effort and the role of individual for achieving peace based on solution of dispute and rule of sustainable world peace.

And, in 2019 6th World Peace Declaration ceremony, many leaders of each country are urged to reply people's letter transmitted via 'Peace Letter Campaign' and many letters including messages of peace was sent to governments of 193 countries and a senior official of international organizations.

Now, all over the world, terror and war are being repeated and missile launch and nuclear provocation are tensing up all around the world.

If we want only a peaceful world, we should make a world without war, being with the chairman of HWPL, Mr. Manhee Lee, which was a veteran of Korean War.

625 韓国戦争参戦勇士HWPLイ•マンヒ代表の平和の歩み。

大韓民国は1953年7月27日南と北の戦争の行為を中断する休戦協定だけ調印されたまだ戦争が終わっていない分断国家です。

朝鮮戦争休戦協定に関する正式名称は“Agreement between the Commander-in-Chief, United Nations Command, on the one hand, and the Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army and the Commander of the Chinese People’s volunteers, on the other hand, concerning a military armistice in Korea”です。

朝鮮戦争休戦協定は大韓民国を除いた国際連合軍司令部総司令官と朝鮮人民軍最高司令官および中国人民志願軍司令員が中国軍、人民軍、UN連合国を代表して署名しました。

休戦協定義務条項には3ヵ月以内に休戦協定当事国間の平和協定を論議するように明示しました。だが1953年12月13日当時UN代表だった米国側の交渉回避で実質的な平和協定に関する論議ができず無期休会に入ってしまいました。

 

の後停戦協定を結んだ北朝鮮はミサイル発射と核の爆弾を実験しながら続々と戦争を挑発し続けて来ました。

私たちはいつまた起きるか分からない戦争の不安と恐怖の中で自分を味方と言いながらも自分の利益だけを追え他国の助けと機嫌を気にして生き抜いています。

それで多い人々が朝鮮半島と世界の平和のために努めたんですが実質的な成果を収める事はできませんでした。

そんな時に625韓国戦争に参戦したHWPLのイ・マンヒ代表は戦争の残酷さをよく知っている故に全世界を回り、各界各層の指導者に会って国境、人種、宗教、言論などの全てを越えて世界的な平和活動をしました。

このようなHWPLのイ・マンヒ代表の平和の歩みはようやく実を結び始めました。

2013年5月25日全世界の青年の約3万人が参加した中で、UN経済社会理事会（ECOSOC）及びクローバル・コミュニケーション局（DGC）に登録された国際的な平和のNGOである（社）天の文化世界平和光復（HWPL）によって世界平和宣言文が公表されました。

625韓国戦争の参戦勇士であるHWPLのイ・マンヒ代表は国益のために戦争を引き起こして青年たちの命を犠牲にすることは、後世に残すべき遺産ではないと世界平和宣言文を公表した背景を知らせました。そして毎年5月25日には世界平和宣言文の記念式と一緒に平和歩き大会が全世界の約70国で行なう国際的なイベントになりました。

2014年9月18日にはソウルオリンピックのメインスタジアムで「宗教大統合万国会議」を開催しこの日は「HWPLの日」で指定されました。その後にも李代表の平和の歩みは続けています。2013年に発表した世界平和宣言文の意味を踏まえて地球村を回りながら、各国の前・現職大統領及び政治家に会って世界平和のための国際法制定を約束して、各宗教界と団体の指導者だちに会って協約を結びました。

 

それで2016年3月14日法律的な効力のある平和国際法制定のための'地球村戦争終息平和宣言文'(DPCW 10条38項)'が発表されました。

625韓国戦争の参戦勇士HWPLイ.マンヒ代表はDPCW 10条38項には争いの解決と平和の世界が続けるための方法を原則にして平和を成し遂げるため国家的努力だけじゃなく個人の役割もあると強く発表しました。

それで2019年世界平和宣言文6周年記念式では'ピースレターキャンペーン'を通じて届けた市民たちの手紙に各国指導者たちの返事を促すとともに193カ国と国際器具の偉い人たちにも平和のメッセージを込めた手紙が送られました。

 

今も地球いろんなところで戦争が繰り返し続けて北朝鮮のミサイル発泡と核の挑発は韓国だけじゃなく国際的な緊張感を高めています。

 

戦争が消え、平和だけがいる世界を本当に望むなら私たちみんなが625韓国戦争に参戦したイ.マンヒ代表と心を合わせて1日も早く戦争のない平和世界を作って欲しいです。
