韓国の３.1運動 100周年記念の年

大韓独立万歳!!! この叫びを聞いたことありますか。
1919年3月1日は日本の植民統治に抵抗し独立宣言文を発表して韓国の独立の意思を全世界に知らせた日を記念する日です。

民族代表33人が独立宣言文を朗読した後ソウルタプコル公園を始めにして独立を要求するデモが続いて独立請願書をパリ講和会議に提出しました。国を取り戻すために多くの独立運動家と市民たちが虐殺されました。

その後2019年3月1日サミルチョル100周年を記念する日を迎えました。私たちはこの日を考えながら戦争にすることを考えてみます。戦争は政治的な目的と宗教的な問題で行われることが多いです。その戦争として犠牲される人は誰でしょうか。
多くの国が平和を言い立てるだが戦争はまだ起こっているし武器を買い売り自国の利益を追求します。現在の国際法では戦争を防ぐことができないので法的拘束力を持つ国際法が必要であり戦争をこれ以上起こさないように拘束力ある法的装置が切実に必要です。

 平和はただ望むだけではなく実質的な答えが必要なので確実な答えを提示しました。
平和がなされる答えすぐにDPCW10条38項である地球村戦争終息平和宣言文です。

地球村戦争終息平和宣言文(DPCW : Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War)は2013年5月23日130ケ國青年３万名の前で公表した世界宣言文を元にして、2015年万国会議１周年記念行事の当時戦争終結国際法の草案を制定しました。この草案を期初に世界の最高の法律専門家21名を推戴し国際法制定の平和委員会で構成し、2016年3月14日DPCW10条38項を制定し全世界に公表しました。

DPCWは戦争終結と平和のための方案を拘束力ある法的装置で作るように作成された法律文です。武力による脅威及び武力使用の禁止、戦力の減縮、友好、関係維持と侵略行為の禁止、国境、自決権、紛争の解決、宗教の自由、宗教、民族の独立性、そして平和、平和の文化の電波など戦争を源泉的に封じる内容が含まっています。

平和のための国際法は必ず必要時です。そのためには各国大統領の指示宣言が必要です、
自国の利益をために迷わず時ではありません。大統領は戦争から国民を守るべきです。

新しい時代が開かれただけにこれを支持する時です。戦争で使われる武器の生産を中止する時です。HWPLの行方に世界中の関心が集まっているこの時にみなさんも共に集中してもらえましょうか。

Do you really wish for peace?
There will be North Korea-America Summit in Vietnam to denuclearize on korean peninsula. Nobody wants to live in the situation where they aim the gun at each other and the threat of war stays.

On the 21st of Feb, 2019 'South East Asian Peace Forum was held in Vietnam where 2nd North Korea-America Summit will be soon.

Overseas VIPs participated in '2019 South East Asian Peace Forum' and they promised to work with HWPL supporting the work of peace. They knew that global people used to seek for peace but there would be no solution, so they have had ceaseless conflicts all around the world.

In '2019 South East Asia Peace Forum' Manhee Lee, chairman of HWPL, said he has done work of peace with DPCW(Deckaration of Peace and Cessation of War, 10 articles 38 clauses) while making a peace tour 30 times worldwide.
He also said there was nobody who wanted war but everybody wanted peace.

Chairman Manhee Lee of HWPL said he was a korean war veteran so he experienced the cruelty of war deeply. Who will repay youth if they lose their life because of war?

UN(United Nations) was established for peace and security on the globe but the international law of UN didn't do its role for war not to happen. Thus HWPL has shouted for establishment of legally-binding international law. He is still working for DPCW to be submitted to UN.

In order for DPCW to be submitted to UN every president needs to sign. Those presidents who have signed DPCW will be repected for future generations.

I think nowadays icon of peace is just HWPL. Because Manhee Lee(the chairman of HWPL) accomplished  work of peace nobody could ever achieve  while having a peace tour worldwide since 2012. We came to bring familiar news of peace tour of HWPL.

HWPL(Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light. Chairman : Mr. Manhee Lee) is an non-governmental peace organization which associated with United Nation Department of Public Information( UN DPI).

The meaning of HWPL is to change the globe to the peaceful world through heavenly culture. The purpose of it is to cease the war and achieve world peace so inherit peaceful world to the future generations.

Chairman Manhee Lee of HWPL is a korean war veteran. He has been  insisting that we need to inherit peaceful world to the future generations and suggesting legislation  of international law for cessation of war & alliance of religion. Since 2012 he has made 29 times peace tour for 6 years to 100 countries. He dedicated himself to work of peace.

Chairman Manhee Lee said DPCW is the material for cessation of war & achievement of peace and true spiritual food for global people.

Whatever countries he has visited he asked for every president who loves their nation people to sign in DPCW(10 articles 38 clauses) which will be a material for cessation of war & achievement of peace.
DPCW stands for Declaration of Peace, Cessation of War completed by prominent international law experts and HWPL.

Now chairman Manhee Lee and peace messengers are on their way of the 30th peace tour. A conference under the theme of "Look for the most trustworthy scripture and Truth" was held with Philippine religious leaders who have wish for World Peace. 150 religous people including representative religious leaders from Islam, Hinduism, Christianity joined the conference.

We wish that the comparison of scriptures under the theme of "Look for the most trustworthy scripture and Truth" in WARP office and the 30th World Peace Tour will be stepping stones for world peace.

The year of 100th anniversary of March 1st Independence Movement

Have you heard of this shouting?
Koreans proclaimed the Declaration of Independence  in protest against Japan's colonization on March 1st, in 1919. March 1st means to proclaim the intention of Korea's Independence from Japan to the world.

After 33 representatives of Korea announced the Declaration of Independence many protests for Independence continued with the start of Pagoda park and petition for Independence was submitted to Paris Peace Conference. To recover our country many Independence activists and citizens were slaughtered.

This year, 2019 is the 100th anniversary of March 1st Independence Movement. Whenever March 1st comes we think about wars. Most wars are caused by political purpose and  religious matters. Who are main victims of wars?

Even though many activists announce we need peace, wars are still occuring. Moreover many countries are involved with buying and selling of weapons and they seek for their own benefits. Because current international law can't cease wars around the world. So we need a legally-binding international law. In order for wars not to occur we need a legal device with binding force.

To cease wars Manhee Lee, the chairman of HWPL, presented true answer for achieving peace. DPCW(Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War)10 articles 38 clauses is the answer for achieving peace.

DPCW is based on the Declaration of World Peace announced before 30,000 youths from 130 countries on 25th of May, 2013. On the 1st anniversary of  WARP Sumit In 2015 HWPL made a draft of international law. Internation Law Peace Council was composed with 21 prominent international law experts and DPCW 10 articles 38 clauses were proclaimed on 14th of March, 2016.

DPCW is a law document to make the measure of cessation of war and world peace as a legal device with binding force. It contains contents of blocking wars such as Prohibition the threat or use of force, Reduction war potential, Development of friendly relations and the prohibition of acts of aggression, State boundaries, Self-determination, Dispute settlement, Right to self-defence, Freedom of religion, Religion and ethnic identity and peace, Spreading culture of peace.

It's time to legislate peace law. To carry out this, presidental supports of each country are needed. It is time not to hesitate doing this because of their own benefits. The role of presidents is to protect their people from wars.

New era has came so we need to support HWPL. It is time to stop producing weapons for war. World's interst is focusing on the work of HWPL so concentrate your interest to HWPL .

統一よ南北しよ(偕) 平和のための青年たちの動き

統一よ南北しよ(偕)は‘平和統一を成す市民社会の役割に注目して青年と市民社会が共に(偕)活動する全国的な統一のキャンペーンです。

戦争からいつも脅かされている韓半島に平和の風を起こして誠の平和が成されるように統一よ南北しよ(偕)は2月9日に第１期の発隊式を始め3月23日の閉団式まで総２回が連合行事とIPYG(国際青年平和グループ）支部別統一キャンペーンが行われました。

支部別統一キャンペーンの主のプログラム

1）変わった言語にたいした理解を始め南北の文化を理解する’南北言語の交換’
2）南北の歴史が込めた所を旅行しながら平和統一の価値を習って行く’企画旅行’
3）統一をテーマにした青年文化の場である’統一のコンサーﾄ’
4）統一を備える世代が持っている気がかりを解決する‘討論’

南北言語の交換、企画旅行、統一のコンサーﾄ、討論 想像するだけでとても面白そうではないでしょうか。皆さんの興味や愛が平和を繰り上げられます。

国際青年平和のグループIPYGはUN広報局(DPI)や国際連合経済社会理事会（UN ECOSO）特別位の協議、大韓民国ソウル特別市に登録されたMGOである空の文化世界平和光復（HWPL)の傘下団体です。IPYGは＜統一よ南北しよ(偕)＞行事の全般にわたって大韓民国地域自治体首長や民間団体の協力で共にすることです。

Movement of youth for peace through North and South, Let's be "Us" again

North and South, Let's be "Us" again is a national campaign through which youth and citizens society colaborate for peaceful unification focusing on role of citizens society.

To achieve a true peaceful unification on korean peninsula through the breeze of peace where threat of war always stays North and South, Let's be "Us" again had a opening ceremony and there were Unification Campaigns in each branch on 9th of Feb. Until it has a finishing ceremony on 23rd of March there will be joint events two times.

Main program for Unification Campaign by branch
No.1 Language Exchange for North and South for interkoreans to understand each culture starting with understanding changed language
No. 2 Project Trip to learn the value of peaceful unification traveling to historical places
No. 3 Unification Concert, the artisan of youth culture,which is titled as unification
No. 4 Discussion in order to solve all curiosity for generation to prepare unification

Korea special holiday, Seol

Korea special holiday, Seol

Chinese new years day, Seol has 3 to 4  days vacation. Korean people go to their hometowns on Seol. Some people get busy preparing food for ancestor-momorial service and welcoming visitors.

In the morning of Seol people do the memorial service offering rice cake soup. Ddeokgook, rice cake soup is made of rice powder which is kneaded  rope shaped and steamed in the pot. This kneaded rice cake is called Garaeddeok. Garaeddeok is cut when it is dried a little and added into the boiling soup. Some slices of fried eggs, young onions and seaweed slices are added into the soup. Then cooking Ddeokgook is done.

In korea eating a bowl of rice cake soup on Seol can make people get one year older. This is a long tradition and regarded as a blessing to them. Korean people enjoy steamed Galbee, korean noodles, fries, fried vegetables, and Sikhye on Seol.

Koreans have another special thing to do on Seol. That is called Sebae, bowing deeply to their elders. Sebae is doing a bow deeply to the elders on the first day of new year. Younger people say to their elders "A happy new year" bowing deeply in Hanbok, korea traditional clothing.

Elders say some words of blessing in return for getting a bow from younger generation. Words of blessing contain mostly wish of healthiness and happiness for family members. Elders give some money as an allowance.

On Seol there will be supplied places for playing traditional games like flying kites, kicking a shuttlecock, playing the archery, playing Yut and seasawing. These are most favorite games for children and games of memory to make adults return to their childhood.
